  • Guest reservations: name, email address, and reservation details (subject, notes) of people who book via a share URL

  • Operation history: timestamps of creation, modification, and deletion of spaces, resources, and reservations

3. Purposes of Use

  • Providing the Service, authenticating users, and determining recipients of reservation notifications
  • Sending reservation notification and reminder emails
  • Incident response, detection and prevention of misuse
  • Analyzing usage and improving the Service

4. Use of Third-Party Services

The Service relies on the following external providers to deliver its features. Please consult each provider's privacy policy on their respective sites:

  • Supabase (database and authentication) — stores reservation data and authentication information
  • Vercel (hosting) — collects access logs
  • Resend (email delivery) — sends reservation notifications and reminders
  • Google AdSense (advertising) — uses cookies to personalize ads

5. Cookies and Advertising

The Service uses Google AdSense for advertising. Third-party advertising providers may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's past visits.

You can disable Google personalized advertising at Ad settings. Cookie use by third-party advertising providers can be opted out of at aboutads.info.

6. Sharing Personal Information with Third Parties

Except as required by law, we do not share personal information with third parties without the user's consent. Sharing with the outsourced providers listed above to the extent necessary is not considered third-party disclosure.

7. Retention Period

Personal information is retained only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of use, or for the period required by law. When a user deletes a space, the associated guest reservation information is also deleted. To request account deletion, contact us at the address below.

Users may request disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of their personal information. Please contact us.

9. Amendments to this Policy

This Policy may be amended without prior notice in response to legal changes or changes to our operations. Material changes will be announced on the Service.
