- Is it really free?
- Yes. No setup fee, no monthly fee. Ads are shown on parts of the screen to cover operating costs.
- Do viewers need to log in?
- No. Hand out the share URL and anyone can view or book without creating an account. Only administrators need to log in.
- Can I migrate my rizaburo data?
- You can migrate your resources (rooms, equipment) by pasting them into the CSV template. Automated import of past reservations isn't supported yet.
- What if the service shuts down?
- We provide pencil.in on an as-is basis under our Terms. Subscribing the iCal feed from Google Calendar etc. gives you a continuous local backup of your bookings.
