- Does every employee need an account?
- No. Only the admin needs one. Staff book from the share URL by entering their name and email.
- Can I manage rooms and cars together?
- Yes. Put rooms and vehicles in one space, or split them into separate spaces.
- How are changes and cancellations handled?
- The admin can change or cancel bookings from the dashboard. The person who booked gets a confirmation email.
- Can it track mileage or fuel?
- Not currently — it handles bookings only. You can note details in a booking's notes field.
