For coworking space operators

Stop refereeing meeting rooms and booths, let members sort it out themselves.

Cut down on members asking staff whether a booth is free. Members check meeting rooms and phone booths through a share URL and book right away. Put a view-only page on the reception tablet so people can see what's open before they get up.

No credit card. Ad-supported, completely free.

Sound familiar?

Constant availability questions

Members keep asking the front desk whether a room or booth is free, and nobody knows during unstaffed hours.

Paper or whiteboard sign-up sheets

A sheet on the door can't be seen from elsewhere, and forgotten or stale entries cause disputes.

Former members can still book

Once a shared calendar link is out, people who have left can keep using it.

Members who don't read Japanese

A Japanese-only sign-up sheet is hard for members from abroad.

How it helps your operation

Rooms and booths organized by category

Tag items as meeting room or phone booth. The booking page shows the category, so members find the right space fast.

View-only page at reception

Show a separate view-only URL on a reception tablet or signage. Members check availability before booking.

Regenerate the link when members change

Regenerate the booking URL from settings at any time. The old URL stops working immediately.

Works in 8 languages

Japanese, English, Korean, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Spanish, French and German. Members book in their own language.

Example: a coworking space with about 50 members

Giving each kind of space a category helps members find the right one on the booking page.

Frequently asked questions

How do I keep non-members from booking?
The booking URL is an unguessable string, so outsiders can't book if you only share it with members. There's no member login, so regenerate the URL when someone leaves.
Can I cap how long one booking can be?
There's no automatic cap. Set it as a house rule and edit or remove overly long bookings from the dashboard.
Does the reception screen update by itself?
The view-only page shows bookings as of when it loaded. Press the refresh button on the page to see the latest.
Does it suit short phone-booth bookings?
Yes. Bookings snap to 15-minute steps, which works well for short calls and video meetings.
