Stop trainers double-booking each other
with availability they can see on a phone.
If you rent private rooms or a studio by the hour to freelance personal trainers and yoga or pilates instructors, trainers can check availability on their phone before fixing a session with a client, and book right then. You can lock in weekly class slots too.
No credit card. Ad-supported, completely free.
Sound familiar?
Session set, room already taken
A trainer agrees a time with a client, then finds another trainer already booked the room.
Availability questions land on you
Messages like 'Is the private room free tomorrow at 7pm?' arrive while you're mid-session yourself.
Protecting weekly class slots
The Saturday morning yoga slot sometimes gets taken by a one-off booking.
Rooms, studio and machine area
You want to manage private rooms, the group studio and the rack area separately.
How it helps your operation
One item per room or area
List private room 1, the studio and the free-weight area: one item per unit you can rent at the same time.
Trainers check and book on a phone
Share the booking URL with your trainers. Even mid-conversation with a client, they can check and hold a slot.
Lock in weekly classes
Add regular classes as recurring bookings from the owner view, so one-off bookings can't take them.
A view-only link too
Show the view-only page at reception so trainers arriving can see the day's schedule at a glance.
Example: a rental gym with 2 private rooms and a group studio
List each unit trainers can use at the same time, and use categories by purpose.

Frequently asked questions
- Can trainers' clients book directly?
- It's possible, but it's designed for renting rooms by time. There's no session menu or payments, so trainers should keep their own client booking method alongside it.
- Can I see which trainer booked?
- The booking page and dashboard show each booking's title. Ask trainers to put their name in the title and you can tell at a glance whose booking it is.
- What if a trainer needs to cancel?
- The share URL only allows adding new bookings. Trainers contact you, and you cancel from the dashboard.
- Can it handle billing?
- There's no payments or billing. Settle up, for example monthly, with your usual method while looking at the bookings.
